Belong CheckIn Integrates AI Agent to Simplify Blockchain Interactions

Belong CheckIn has taken a significant step towards bridging the gap between blockchain technology and mainstream users with its integration of AI agent OpenClaw. The platform, which offers blockchain-verified customer acquisition for physical businesses, now uses natural language processing (NLP) to create a user-friendly interface.

The integration, built on Anthropic's Model Context Protocol (MCP), exposes 17 tools across event discovery, ticketing, check-in management, and venue operations. This allows users to interact with the platform through messaging platforms they already use, such as WhatsApp or Telegram.

According to Belong, the OpenClaw integration is a demonstration of how AI agents will become the primary interface for blockchain applications. The company envisions a future where every venue has a tokenized loyalty program and the blockchain is invisible to the end-user.
