Vision Chain: New Blockchain Network Launches in European Finance

Bitpanda, the Vision Web3 Foundation, and Optimism have launched Vision Chain, a blockchain network designed to meet the needs of European financial institutions. The network is built on the OP Stack and operates within the EU's MiCAR and MiFID II regulatory frameworks.

The launch addresses a critical gap in the market, where European institutions have relied on closed, proprietary networks with limited liquidity. Vision Chain offers a standardized, managed infrastructure that can be used for production-grade deployments.
