Alaska Regulators Warn of Possible Cryptocurrency Investment Scam

The Alaska Division of Banking and Securities (DBS) is alerting consumers to potential investment scams tied to cryptocurrency trading platforms BG Wealth Sharing Ltd. and DSJ Exchange Pty Ltd.

According to DBS, BG Wealth claims to be the world's largest hedge fund and is associated with DSJ Exchange, which operates as a cryptocurrency trading platform. Multiple websites and domains have been linked to these entities, including Bggp.vip, Bg911.cc, dsjex.net, and dspp19.tw.

Investors are being targeted through social media, word of mouth, and private messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram. They are promised high returns and referral bonuses for recruiting new investors. However, DBS warns that these claims are likely misleading and may be part of a larger cryptocurrency investment fraud scheme.
