Binance Partners with BlockShoals for Philippines Crypto Expansion

Philippines-based fintech company BlockShoals Technologies Inc. has been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to operate as a crypto asset intermediary within the StratBox sandbox. Binance will provide technology and security support for the project, while BlockShoals handles local compliance.

The SEC's StratBox provides a regulated environment for testing digital asset services, allowing innovations in finance to be evaluated with a balance between encouraging technological advancement and protecting investors. The partnership aims to establish a tailored platform for Philippine users, which will gradually expand based on regulatory setups.
