Coinbase Embarks on AI-Driven Restructuring Effort

Coinbase, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, has announced a major overhaul of its operations as part of its transition towards an AI-first model. The company is reducing its workforce by 14% and eliminating traditional management layers in favor of a flatter hierarchy.
