Ethereum's Upgrade Plans Spark Hopes for Price Rebound

Ethereum is on the cusp of major upgrades that could significantly improve the speed and efficiency of transactions across its Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks.

Lubin believes the new system will make it easier for users to move funds across the Ethereum ecosystem and increase network activity, leading to more ETH being burned under the protocol's fee system.
