DeFi Corp Hands Over DisclaimerCoin to New Leadership

DeFi Development Corp. has handed over control of DisclaimerCoin (DONT) to ZeroStack Holdings CEO Daniel Reis-Faria and a dedicated team, marking a significant shift in the memecoin's leadership.

The move comes after DFDV launched DONT in January 2026 as a self-aware joke with no utility or future. The project has no roadmap, whitepaper, or pitch deck, according to its website.

Under the new management, DONT holders will have a fresh set of hands guiding the token's development. Reis-Faria expressed his excitement about helping drive the success and adoption of $DONT on X.

This change in leadership has been made at a time when another public company, HCMC, recently added DONT to its treasury, citing the memecoin's transparency and accountability as key factors.
