Solana Price Drops Amid Decline in ETF Inflows and Growing Global Tension

Solana's price has taken a hit, dropping by around 5% in recent trading periods. According to CoinMarketCap, the cryptocurrency now trades at approximately $87.57, with a market capitalization of around $52 billion and a 24-hour trading volume exceeding $4 billion.

The decline is attributed to a dip in recent ETF inflows, despite institutional investment remaining visible through 13F filings. The relative strength index (RSI) suggests oversold conditions, but also shows weak buying momentum, indicating that the price may be due for a rebound.

On the other hand, Solana's network activity remains strong, with over 44% of all cryptocurrency transactions being handled by the platform. This is according to on-chain data shared by co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko, highlighting the network's position as the busiest blockchain for everyday transfers and decentralized applications.
