Regulatory Clarity Set to Boost Crypto Market
Regulatory Clarity Set to Drive Institutional Crypto Adoption
Goldman Sachs has released a report stating that improving regulation is the key driver of continued institutional crypto adoption. The bank found that 35 percent of institutions cite regulatory uncertainty as the biggest barrier to entry, while 71 percent plan to increase crypto exposure in the next 12 months.
The expected influx of institutional money raises questions about which assets it will find attractive. Three cryptocurrencies have been identified as having potential for growth: NEAR Protocol, Bittensor TAO, and Pepeto.
NEAR Protocol is trading at $1.22, below its all-time high of $20, but the network has positioned itself as a key infrastructure layer for AI agents on blockchain. Developer activity remains healthy despite price weakness.
Bittensor TAO has completed its first supply halving in December 2025, cutting daily emissions by 50 percent and creating scarcity dynamics that parallel Bitcoin's post-halving price behavior. Analysts point to $430 as the 2026 bullish target if TAO clears $260 resistance and receives regulatory approval from Grayscale Bittensor Trust.
Pepeto is a presale asset with a listing target of $0.0001, offering a 537x return potential. The cofounders have already built a $7 billion asset from scratch and are this time launching actual products, including a cross-chain bridge and trading exchange. This makes Pepeto an attractive option for investors seeking early entry points.
