Sui Network Eliminates Gas Fees for Stablecoin Transfers

The Sui Network has made a significant breakthrough in blockchain usability with the introduction of protocol-level gasless stablecoin transfers on its Mainnet.

This innovation allows users to send eligible stablecoins without owning the network's native token or paying fees, making it easier for individuals and businesses to use cryptocurrencies for global payments.

The update affects seven stablecoins at launch, including $USDC from Circle, USDsui, suiUSDe, AUSD, FDUSD, USDB, and USDY. Fireblocks, an institutional-grade digital asset custody and infrastructure platform, is supporting the feature from day one.

This change has been met with a positive market reaction, with $SUI's token price jumping approximately 8% within 24 hours of the announcement.
