HOOD Stock Jumps on Robinhood's Global Expansion Plans

Roger McCoach, CEO of financial services company WonderFi, has revealed that his firm's acquisition by Robinhood Markets Inc. has enabled it to expand its services into Canada.

Robinhood is expanding its European operations by introducing non-crypto perpetual futures in Europe and planning a launch for cryptocurrency trading in the United Kingdom.

The company announced its international expansion, which includes offering traditional asset derivatives to European investors with up to 10x leverage, alongside a sweeping launch of services to Canadian residents following the acquisition of WonderFi.
