Cryptocurrency Market Sees Rebound Amid Heavy Liquidations and Improving Sentiment
The cryptocurrency market experienced a significant rebound on Tuesday, with major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and XRP showing notable gains.
According to data from Coinglass, 196,352 traders were liquidated in the past 24 hours for $679.55 million, indicating a shift in market sentiment.
Bitcoin's price reached $75,000 briefly, before pulling back to around $74,800. Ethereum also saw a significant increase, reaching over $2,300, while XRP and Dogecoin rallied by around 10% and 12%, respectively.
However, not all analysts are convinced that the rally marks a true recovery. Crypto Lens warned that Bitcoin may be mirroring its 2022 price structure, where a temporary rally was followed by a sharp decline.
Based on this comparison, he suggested a potential downside move towards $40,000, cautioning that the current rally could act as a bull trap, drawing in late buyers before a larger sell-off.
