Strategy Inc Unveils $44.1 Billion Fundraising Drive to Fuel Bitcoin Accumulation

Strategy Inc has unveiled a comprehensive capital-raising strategy worth $44.1 billion to fuel its ongoing efforts in expanding its Bitcoin holdings.

The initiative encompasses three distinct at-the-market offerings for common equity and preferred stock classes, with the majority allocated towards MSTR common shares and STRC perpetual preferred shares.

Strategy's preference for preferred stock issuances has been on the rise as a means to alleviate dilution concerns for its common shareholders while facilitating the expansion of its cryptocurrency treasury.

The company currently holds 762,099 BTC in its treasury, acquired at an average price of $75,694 per coin, and has expanded its holdings by approximately 90,000 BTC since January 2026.
