Ukrainian Official Tops List for Largest Bitcoin Holdings Among Public Officials

Oleksandr Kizlyar, a member of the Khmelnytskyi District Council, has been found to hold the largest Bitcoin portfolio among Ukrainian public officials. According to data from Opendatabot, he declared 100 BTC in his declaration, which as of June 10, 2026, was valued at 278.8 million UAH.

Second place in terms of the amount of declared Bitcoin goes to Oleg Bondarenko, a member of the Ukrainian Parliament and chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Environmental Policy and Natural Resource Use, who declared 80 BTC worth approximately 223 million грн.

Kizlyar also topped the ranking of Ethereum holders among those who filed declarations with 1,000 ETH worth nearly 74 million UAH. Ukraine ranks among the global top 10 in terms of cryptocurrency adoption, according to Chainalysis' Global Crypto Adoption Index 2025.
