Cash App has introduced support for USDC stablecoin transactions across four major blockchain networks. The platform now enables users to send and receive Circle's USDC stablecoin on Solana, Ethereum, Polygon, and Arbitrum networks without incurring any transaction fees.

The move marks a significant shift for Block, Inc., which had previously maintained an exclusive focus on Bitcoin under the leadership of Jack Dorsey. The company's stock price rose by approximately 3.5% following the announcement.
