CleanSpark Lands Record-Breaking $6.6B Lease for Georgia Data Center

CleanSpark, a US-based cryptocurrency mining company, has entered into a $6.6 billion, 20-year triple-net lease agreement for its Sandersville, Georgia data center.

The lease, which includes extension options that could push the total value to $11.6 billion, will provide CleanSpark with a stable and long-term source of revenue.
