Aave Crypto Taps CCIP for Seamless Cross-Chain Operations

Aave crypto has chosen Chainlink's Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) as its default cross-chain system. This integration enables seamless interactions between Ethereum, Base, and Arbitrum networks.

CCIP will support Stable Vaults within the upcoming Aave App, handling deposits, withdrawals, asset transfers, and automated vault rebalancing without manual bridging of funds. The system already powers GHO transfers and Aave governance messages.

The integration ensures that at least 16 independent node operators secure each CCIP bridge lane, providing a robust security framework for cross-chain transactions.
