Crypto Market Prepares for Major March Events and Token Generation Initiatives

The crypto market is gearing up for a busy month in March 2026, with several notable events scheduled to take place. According to data from Top 7 Crypto, the list of upcoming events includes token generation events (TGEs) and platform updates from prominent projects such as Katana ($KAT), Lombard ($BARD), and EdgeX ($EDGE).

Katana is set to kick off the month with its TGE, followed by Lombard's unlock of $34.8M in fresh tokens. Playnance ($GCOIN) will also host a TGE during this period. Tusky, on the other hand, has announced that it will shut down its storage platform on March 19.

In addition to these events, LayerZero ($ZRO) is scheduled to unlock $50.3M in tokens, while Backpack ($BP) will conduct its own TGE on March 23. Linea ($LINEA) will launch its Yield Boost initiative on March 28, and EdgeX will start its TGE on the last day of the month.
