Stellar Foundation Launches Accelerator Program for EMEA Blockchain Startups

The Stellar Development Foundation has announced a new partnership with CV Labs to launch a 12-week accelerator program for early-stage blockchain startups in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The program, called the Stellar x CV Labs Accelerator, will support ten teams working on payments infrastructure, tokenized real-world assets, and decentralized finance applications. The selected teams will receive up to $150,000 in XLM funding, technical guidance, and investor access.

The accelerator program will begin in August 2026 and will run primarily remotely, with an on-site component in Cape Town, South Africa. The program will culminate in a Demo Day at Stellar's Meridian conference in Lisbon in October 2026.
