MoonPay Trade Revolutionizes Onchain Liquidity Access

MoonPay has expanded its institutional crypto push with the launch of MoonPay Trade, a technology platform that simplifies onchain liquidity access for applications, financial institutions, and enterprises. The platform enables access to digital assets across more than 200 blockchains and protocols through a single API.

The platform addresses the fragmentation of liquidity across different networks by handling transaction execution, settlement, conversion, and payments in over 120 fiat currencies. This allows institutions to tokenize funds, move collateral, and settle in dozens of currencies.

MoonPay Trade is powered by technology from Decent.xyz, a cross-chain routing company acquired by MoonPay. The platform will serve as the execution layer for MoonPay Institutional, the company's regulated financial services unit led by Caroline D. Pham, former acting chair of the CFTC.
