Crypto Developers Not Liable for Third-Party Issuers' Misconduct
A recent ruling by a New York district judge has clarified the liability of cryptocurrency platform developers when it comes to the actions of third-party issuers.
U.S. District Judge Katherine Polk Failla ruled in favor of the developers, stating that plaintiffs had failed to provide sufficient evidence to support their claims against the developers.
The decision was based on a 32-page opinion and order issued by Judge Failla, which concluded that the plaintiffs had not provided plausible claims despite being given multiple opportunities to do so.
