Fidelity International Receives Top Money Market Fund Assessment from Moody's Ratings

Fidelity International's USD Digital Liquidity Fund SP has received the highest money market fund assessment from Moody's Ratings, Aaa-mf. This designation reflects a strong ability to meet capital preservation and liquidity objectives.

The Ethereum-based tokenized fund is designed for institutional investors and offers near-instant liquidity with 24/7 redemptions subject to available liquidity. The fund issues tokenized units recorded initially on the Ethereum public blockchain, with plans to migrate subsequently to Zksync.

Moody's noted that the fund's dual-track structure improves resilience in the event of blockchain outages. The fund is structured as a segregated portfolio company domiciled in the Cayman Islands and managed by FIL Investments International.
