Polygon Aims to Enhance Network Reliability with Upcoming Lisovo Hardfork
The Polygon network is on the cusp of a significant upgrade with the upcoming Lisovo hardfork scheduled to take place before block number 83,756,500.
This upgrade aims to enhance the overall user experience by improving transaction delivery and validation reliability through various network changes.
One key change introduced by the Lisovo hardfork is subsidized gas costs for agent-to-agent payments under PIP-82, which is designed to support automated transactions and AI-driven activity on-chain.
The upgrade also includes improved smart contract compatibility through the Count Leading Zeros opcode update, as well as enhanced support for passkey-based wallets and a more flexible fee adjustment system.
