BitMart, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange, has released the second issue of its State of Real-World Assets research series. The report examines the structural gap between regulatory frameworks and institutional-scale capital deployment in the tokenized assets market.

The study highlights that only a small percentage of tokenized RWAs onchain are actively used as DeFi collateral, indicating an operational problem rather than a demand or regulatory one.
