BTC Supply in Loss Surpasses Profit for First Time This Cycle

For the first time in this crypto cycle, the supply of Bitcoin (BTC) in loss has surpassed that in profit. KuCoin reports that as of July 18th, LTH (Long-Term Holders) supply reached a record high of 14.85 million BTC.

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has added 14 new crypto firms to its MiCA register, bringing the total number of licensed crypto service providers to 294. This includes Ripple Payments Europe.

A Dutch court declared Knaken, a crypto platform, bankrupt after prosecutors found €7 million ($8 million) in customer funds were missing and the company lacked sufficient assets to repay users.
