Citi Slashes Bitcoin Price Target to $82,000 Amid Weakening Investor Demand
Citi has reduced its price targets for Bitcoin and Ether due to weaker investor demand, exchange-traded fund outflows, and slower movement on U.S. crypto legislation.
The bank lowered its 12-month target for Bitcoin to $82,000 from $112,000 and cut its ether forecast to $2,240 from $3,175.
Citi's revised outlook reflects softer investor demand, exchange-traded fund outflows, and slower movement on U.S. crypto legislation.
