UAE Wins Access to US Tech Amid Favourable Treatment Claims

This decision was made by the Commerce Department and will benefit companies such as G42, chaired by Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE's national security adviser.

The move has sparked criticism from some who accuse the Trump administration of offering preferential treatment to the UAE due to a recent investment in a Trump family cryptocurrency company. Last year, an investor from the UAE bought half of Donald Trump's crypto firm, and critics argue this deal led to the favorable treatment.
