Ripple Expands RLUSD Reach with Wormhole NTT Integration

Ripple has taken a significant step in expanding its RLUSD stablecoin's reach by integrating Wormhole NTT's Native Token Transfers framework. This move allows RLUSD to move natively across multiple blockchain ecosystems, supporting cross-border payments, institutional on/off-ramps, and tokenization use cases.

The expansion is expected to provide users with more options for dollar-denominated settlement-sensitive activity, while maintaining the stablecoin's link to Ripple's broader payments and liquidity strategy. The rollout supports networks such as Base, Optimism, Ink, Unichain, and the XRPL EVM sidechain.
