Continental Partners with Securitize on Tokenization Infrastructure

Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company has partnered with Securitize to expand tokenization infrastructure access for its issuer clients. This includes SPACs, IPOs, and other publicly traded companies.

The partnership will allow Continental's issuers to explore blockchain-based securities ownership, distribution, and capital market solutions while maintaining traditional public market standards.

Securitize's fully regulated stack will be integrated with Continental's services, including proprietary agent technology, KYC, and AML onboarding. This integration is expected to enhance operational efficiency and increase the speed of transactions.
