MEXC Exchange has announced that it will support the upcoming Polygon (POL) network upgrade. On May 21, 2026, at 14:00 UTC, the network will undergo an update to improve its functionality.
To ensure a smooth experience for users, MEXC will temporarily suspend deposits and withdrawals on the Polygon (POL) network from May 21, 2026, at 13:57 UTC. This means that users should deposit their tokens in advance to avoid any issues during the upgrade period.
The trading of tokens on the network will not be impacted by the upgrade, allowing users to continue buying and selling without interruption. MEXC has stated that it will assist holders with any technical issues that may arise during the network upgrade.
The Polygon (POL) network upgrade will not create a hard fork, which means that there will be no changes to the blockchain's underlying protocol. Once the upgrade is complete and stable, deposits and withdrawals will resume as usual.
