Strategy Inc's Bitcoin Holdings Trigger Van de Poppe's Buying Signal

Popular cryptocurrency analyst Michaël van de Poppe believes there is a 'great opportunity' to buy into Strategy Inc. (NASDAQ:MSTR) and Bitcoin (BTC), likening the setup to the 2022 bear market bottom.

The analysis centers around Market Net Asset Value, or mNAV, which calculates whether investors are paying a premium or a discount for MSTR's Bitcoin treasury. The indicator shows that mNAV is in the bottom 1% of historical readings, with MSTR's share price having fallen but not to the depths seen in 2022.

Michael Saylor, CEO of Strategy Inc., has hinted at more Bitcoin purchases using 'orange dots' on his X account. Historically, these weekend posts have preceded purchase disclosures on the following Monday. As of now, Strategy sits on unrealized losses worth over $10 billion on its BTC holdings.
