Actor Matt Damon's involvement in the cryptocurrency space remains largely philanthropic. Public records show no evidence that he personally holds cryptocurrencies, stocks, or gold.

Damon's most notable blockchain association dates back to Crypto.com's 'Fortune Favors the Brave' campaign in 2021. He donated his entire appearance fee from the campaign to Water.org, his clean water charity. Crypto.com subsequently contributed an additional $1 million to the organization.

In June, Damon participated in Ripple Swell in New York, a campaign promoting global water aid through Ripple Payments and the RLUSD stablecoin for cross-border humanitarian transfers.
