Top RWA Crypto Projects See Varying Levels of Success in July

Real-world asset (RWA) crypto projects have been gaining traction in recent months, but only a few are showing consistent developer activity. The top 10 RWA crypto projects right now include Hedera (HBAR), Chainlink (LINK), Avalanche (AVAX), Stellar (XLM), OriginTrail (TRAC), Chia Network (XCH), IOTA, Injective (INJ), VeChain (VET), and Creditcoin (CTC).

Hedera's price has been range-bound for much of July, but it saw a mild recovery after its Smart Contract Service became fully EVM-compatible. Chainlink rebounded sharply in the second half of July, driven by institutional headlines such as Fidelity International investing $20 million in its tokenized fund FILQ.

Avalanche has been one of the most active RWA crypto projects, with a strong monthly gain and several catalysts including FIFA's choice to power its own blockchain for FIFA Collect digital collectibles. Stellar has also seen strong fundamentals, including Deutsche Börse's Clearstream adding XLM to its MiCA-compliant custody service.

OriginTrail saw a sharp bounce in the back half of July, tied to renewed interest in AI-plus-blockchain-data projects. Chia Network, on the other hand, fell due to a lack of strong bullish catalysts and persistent selling.
