Strategy Expands Bitcoin Holdings with $1.57 Billion Purchase

Strategy, a company led by Michael Saylor, has continued its aggressive expansion of its bitcoin holdings with another substantial purchase. According to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Strategy acquired 22,337 BTC at an average price of $70,194 per coin between March 9 and March 15. This acquisition brings the company's total bitcoin holdings to 761,068 BTC, which were purchased for approximately $57.61 billion.

The purchase is part of a larger trend of institutional investors increasing their exposure to bitcoin. Strategy's move follows other major players in the industry, such as MicroStrategy and Tesla, which have also made significant investments in the cryptocurrency.
