This development comes after previous efforts by the platform to combat spam and low-quality content, including changes to its API policy and new security measures against cryptocurrency scams.

The platform's product manager Nikita Bier has highlighted the issue of crypto-related content being muted, stating that it surpasses even politics, international conflicts, sports, and business news in terms of user silencing. The trend is consistent with market sentiment, as the Fear & Greed Index remains in the 'fear' zone.
