$18M Exploit Rocks Ostium Decentralized Finance Platform

Ostium, a decentralized finance platform, has been hit by an $18M exploit after a hacker manipulated future-dated Oracle data.

The vulnerability was detected by blockchain security firm Blockaid, who identified the flaw that compromised Ostium's capital.

The attacker extracted approximately $18 million from Ostium's vault, leaving the platform vulnerable to further attacks.
