Blackrock's Larry Fink Sees Bullish Markets Ahead Despite Crypto Leverage Concerns
Blackrock CEO Larry Fink expressed optimism about market performance over the next year. He credits companies' increasing use of technology to boost productivity and margins, citing Blackrock's own results as an example. The asset manager saw a 260 basis point rise in its margins over the past 12 months, thanks to greater tech use.
Fink also discussed Bitcoin and cryptocurrency markets, stating that they are more stable after a 'washout' of excessive leverage reduced risk. He emphasized that overall leverage remains low compared to the financial crisis era, but warned about potential pockets of concentrated risk.
