Vitalik Proposes Smaller, More Focused Ethereum Foundation

The Ethereum Foundation has been at the center of controversy in recent times due to its handling of ETH sales and treasury discipline. In a bid to address these concerns, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin has proposed that the foundation be restructured to become smaller and more focused on executing specific tasks.

This proposal is in line with Buterin's long-held view that the foundation should prioritize longevity over breadth and focus on activities that only it can credibly deliver. He argues that this approach would allow the Ethereum ecosystem to benefit from the foundation's expertise without relying too heavily on it for growth and execution.

However, not everyone agrees with Buterin's proposal. Some holders believe that the foundation should be more proactive in promoting Ethereum as an asset and competing with other blockchain projects. They argue that this would help to increase adoption and drive up the value of ETH.
