Two Texas brothers have admitted to an $8 million cryptocurrency robbery after holding their family at gunpoint. The crime, which occurred in August 2022, has resulted in charges of aggravated robbery and conspiracy against the brothers.
The alleged heist involved the use of guns to intimidate family members into transferring a large amount of cryptocurrency from one wallet to another.
The brothers could face up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
