Bitcoin Plummets Below $73,000 Amid Record ETF Outflows
The cryptocurrency market experienced a significant drop on Thursday, with Bitcoin plummeting to levels below $73,000. This decline was mirrored in the performance of US spot Bitcoin ETFs, which recorded record outflows.
Among these ETFs, BlackRock's IBIT saw its largest single-day net outflow since its inception, totaling $527.8 million. This significant capital outflow is a cause for concern among analysts, who believe it may be indicative of institutions adjusting their crypto asset allocations.
