Kraken Prime Goes Live on Trever for Institutional Crypto Trading

Kraken Prime, Kraken's full-service prime brokerage platform, is now live on Trever, the Digital Asset Operating System used by banks and brokers across Europe. This integration allows institutions to route execution, settle into qualified custody, and record transactions through Kraken Prime without leaving their existing operational environment.

Trever's clients can access institutional crypto trading across more than 20 global liquidity venues, covering over 90% of digital asset liquidity, with smart order routing and algorithmic execution for block trades. Settlement runs into Kraken's qualified custody solution, providing a seamless experience for institutions.

Gurpreet Oberoi, Head of Kraken Institutional, stated that Trever's clients need infrastructure that meets operational standards, and by bringing Kraken Prime into their workflow, they gain access to execution quality and qualified custody without the operational drag of stitching together multiple counterparties. The integration is live and available to eligible Kraken Prime and Trever clients.
