The impending IPOs of SpaceX, OpenAI, and Anthropic are expected to be among the biggest market events of the year, with these companies projected to raise more than $350 billion in fresh equity. This includes SpaceX's estimated $75 billion, OpenAI's $100 billion, Anthropic's $100 billion, and Google's estimated net equity issuance of $80 billion.
Market participants attribute this shift in capital allocation to the anticipation of exposure to some of the world's most valuable technology companies. Analysts point out that investors are realigning their portfolios as they prepare for these major listings.
