Crypto Market Nearing End of Bear Phase, Say Tom Lee and Raoul Pal

Tom Lee, co-founder of research firm Fundstrat, has made comments indicating that the crypto market is nearing the end of its bear phase. According to Lee, roughly half of the stock market and the crypto market have already passed through a 'hidden bear phase,' marked by steep declines in software stocks and a correlation between liquidity tightening in both markets.

Lee pointed out that short positions have risen to levels typically seen during a bear market, rather than at cycle peaks. This suggests that much of the damage has already been done, creating an opportunity for investors to reassess their positions.
