Upbit Expands Offerings With Listings of Two New Altcoins

Upbit, a prominent cryptocurrency exchange in South Korea, has expanded its offerings by listing two new altcoins: Seeker (SKR) and Espresso (ESP). This move is expected to attract increased trading activity and potentially influence market trends.

The listings were announced on February 24, with trading set to begin at 16:00 KST for SKR and 17:00 KST for ESP. Bithumb also added support for ESP in its KRW market, further fueling trading interest.

According to data from CoinGecko, the daily trading volume of SKR increased by over 700%, with Bithumb accounting for approximately 33% of total activity. This surge in trading interest is attributed to the South Korean market's strong enthusiasm for the new listings.
