Bitcoin Defies Market Volatility Amid Inflation Concerns
Bitcoin's resilience in the face of inflation-driven market volatility has sparked interest among investors. As US stocks dipped and Treasury yields climbed, Bitcoin remained above $80,000.
The recent inflation report contributed to the market's fluctuations, with bond markets experiencing a minor panic and equity investors seeking safe havens. However, this was not the case for Bitcoin.
Despite a moderate 6.7% decline in 24-hour trading volume, Bitcoin has shown structural demand from spot ETFs, which have altered capital flows into the cryptocurrency since their launch in January 2024.
