Bitnomial Launches Injective Futures on US-Regulated Platform
Bitnomial has expanded its offerings by launching monthly futures contracts tied to Injective (INJ), marking a significant milestone for the Web3 financial ecosystem's native token. This move could have far-reaching implications for the cryptocurrency market, particularly in relation to exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
The introduction of INJ futures on Bitnomial's platform is a major step forward for the US-regulated derivatives exchange. The contracts settle in INJ and have monthly expiries, allowing traders to gain price exposure without holding the underlying asset. This can be done using either cryptocurrency or US dollars through Bitnomial's clearinghouse.
Institutional clients can immediately access the futures, while retail trading is expected to follow soon via Bitnomial's Botanical platform. The company has also announced plans to add perpetual futures and options tied to INJ in the future.
