Exodus Bolsters Revenue with Monavate and Baanx Acquisitions

Exodus, a leading cryptocurrency wallet provider, has made two significant acquisitions in an effort to diversify its revenue streams. Monavate and Baanx, card companies that specialize in digital payment management, are now under Exodus' control.

The move is a strategic shift for the company, which has traditionally relied on third-party partners for its Visa cards. By directly managing the card payment infrastructure, Exodus aims to generate recurring revenue through processing fees, reducing its dependence on trading revenue tied to Bitcoin's price fluctuations.

Exodus Pay, the company's digital payment solution, is now available in all 50 U.S. states, allowing users to spend stablecoins and Bitcoin via Visa or Apple Pay while keeping their private keys secure on their devices.
