Indian Women's Cryptocurrency Participation Surges by 116.8%

A recent study reveals that the number of women investing in cryptocurrencies in India has seen a significant surge, with a growth rate of 116.8% in the past year. This trend indicates a growing interest and confidence among women in crypto, making them an essential factor in the development of the market.

The study found that over 15% of total investors are now women, changing the gender ratio from 1:7 to 1:6. Furthermore, 62% of women surveyed plan to increase their exposure to digital assets within the next six months, while an additional 35% are somewhat likely to invest.

Contrary to speculative trading, which is often associated with crypto, women in this market prefer research-based and diversified approaches. They hold an average of four digital assets, demonstrating maturity in risk management and value creation over time.
