BlackRock Unloads Massive Crypto Holdings on Coinbase

Investment giant BlackRock has made significant cryptocurrency deposits into Coinbase and Coinbase Prime. According to on-chain data, the company transferred 2,700 BTC worth $168.63 million and 52,956 ETH worth $88.17 million into Coinbase on June 24, 2026. This move comes as Bitcoin trades at $62,366.63 inside its Bollinger Bands with an upper resistance of $65,276.33 and lower support at $61,841.01.

The recent transfers by BlackRock to both Coinbase and Coinbase Prime have extended the company's distribution streak. Over the past two days, it moved 7,160 BTC worth $447 million and 98,850 ETH worth $164 million to Coinbase Prime. This development is taking place amidst a bearish market structure, with Bitcoin's price sitting below its EMA50 and EMA200 indicators.
