Nvidia and CEO Face Class Action Lawsuit Over Crypto Revenue Misstatements

The lawsuit alleges Nvidia understated the extent of gaming revenue linked to cryptocurrency mining between 2017 and 2019.

Plaintiffs argue that Nvidia's stock decline in November 2018 reflected previously undisclosed crypto exposure.

Nvidia has maintained that crypto mining accounted for only a limited portion of its overall business.
